This spot offers superb service as well as delicious meals. One of my favourite spots ever. The food and drinks arrived fast and the prices were economical. Highly recommended.

Great place to eat. We just moved here and it's our goto spot.

Its definitely just ok chicken fried steak skin wasn't on the steak it was on the side but people were nice and mash potatoes were homemade

Very good breakfast and the people are friendly. I would have given a higher rating if it weren't for the smoking. It can ruin a good meal if you're a non-smoker.

A small town Cafe with very reasonable prices. For breakfast I had two eggs over easy ( they were done perfectly), ham ( a nice big piece of flavorful meat) and two pieces of toast. The coffee was OK but I am probably over picky. Cost was $7.31 including tax.

Home made onion rings and French fries. Burgers were delicious. Daily specials. Prices very reasonable.

Staff is excellent! My 8 year old nephew loved his corn dog and salad and the waitress that was so friendly and attentive. My burger was well seasoned and even though the salad was just a bowl of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, I enjoyed my meal. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be going back!

Really good ... homestyle cooking ... And prices are great. They also have lunch specials. Nice workers. They do not take credit cards though do bring cash.

If you stop here make sure you bring plenty of cash and a good spare tire. Cash is King! They take no debit or charge cards. We also picked up a nail in their parking lot.

Nice small-town cafe, nice owners, fun waitresses. Part we like best, lunch specials varied day-by-day for more variety and healthier vegetable choices than chain restaurants offer.

This place is great. From the food to the people who run it. The ladies went the 2nd mile to make sure I had a good breakfast. The staff treated me to the best. They have Mexican 🇲🇽food available 🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏽

The waitresses smoke inside, you come out smelling horrible like cigarettes and old grease. Food is mediocre, but I can’t go in there because of the smell.

Got beef vegetable soup and had neither the beef or vegetables just tomato soup pretty much

I had breakfast here and it was really good! The pancakes were big, the eggs were cooked just right and the bacon serving was generous. It is a classic diner in an old building, but it was clean. The menu is very clear, they have daily specials and the prices are very reasonable. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Great great service, outstanding food, small town cafe but better than any big city establishment.

Just ordered my usual fried catfish nuggets and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The plate came with catfish, salad rolls and french fries. The fish is under cooked, the rolls are so hard I could only eat the inside and discard the outer, and the french fries still tasted frozen. Who ever made this meal obviously has no pride in what they do. My best advice is to avoid the evening cook and wait staff and stick to the experienced breakfast and lunch gals. Im going to be lucky if the fish doesnt make me sick.

Stopped in while passing thru Hubbard, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices and portions were great. Hubbard City Cafe definitely has that small town charm where the servers know the regulars by name, and makes out of towners feel welcomed as well. If you're looking for a no fuss, tasty meal, give them a try :)

Great home cooked food everything from breakfast to dinner. Great small town service, treat you like family all of this for a reasonable price. Never have had a bad meal or service. Daily specials to boot!

Mediocre and overpriced, the first girl that came and waited on us was super nice but for some reason another took over, super not nice, acted like we were an imposition, we won't be back.

Hubbard City Cafe is the place to eat at around Hubbard,Texas...friendly atmosphere and good eats. Daily specials are awesome. The staff there are there to please your hunger pains.

The best darn catfish in central texas!!!

We love their food. They are always friendly . I have brought family there to eat . Their fried catfish is the best.. The only thing I would change is the smoking. They do have a back room that is no smoking but they smoke right next to the register.

Nobody was wearing masks, if they are willing to break this health code what others are they willing to break.
